faber homes are lawyers building houses there homes are poor quality. they hardly pay their subs enough to do the work, when they pay them.they only care about making money on the development side of the business.
Customer NO service at Faber Faber homes has a good sale pitch. At the begining everything is fine but it changes with time, they don't retun phone calls to address concerns.,They CAN'T keep deadlines because of the "volume of homes being built, and they hold off to fix things with the house until the very end. The material they use is of good quality but they do such a rush job with the house. We are not satisfied with the process at all, it is a nightmare because you are always the last one to know about your future home. ... read more
Ok We built our home with Faber, and they do a good job, however, they can't keep deadlines, and are not very good about communication between you and them. The upgrades will be super expensive, so if you are handy, save your money and do them yourself afterwards. Otherwise, we are happy with the house.
