Very disappointed with my experience at Fabens Quick Lube. The staff were rude and the customer service was not welcoming at all. I understand that businesses get busy, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated.
love coming here for my oil changes and inspections everyone is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice. Cecilio and Oscar are usually who attend me and they’re awesome! As soon as I arrive I’m taken in; no long waits at all. Definitely come here if you’re looking for an oil change for your car their work is very honest❤
Great customer service n friendly n courteous staff. Highly recommend!
Oscar & the crew was helpful & quick to get the job! Highly recommend
