They have like people just standing around while there is only one cashier, and that one cashier is just walking around have a jolly good time 🙄🙄
Customer service at this time is lacking. Unprofessional practices as far as timely management of getting medications to people.
The drive-thru lady is super nice, but timeliness on filling prescriptions is lacking at this place. All they say is to call back about 5pm, and that's when they let you know to give it until the next day or if it will have to be ordered. On top of that, if your prescription is for 3 months worth, they only give you 1 month, resulting in more trips to this place. Definitely some pricesses that need to be looked at, or hire some more help.
The staff was helpful and worked to fill prescriptions.
