I booked a Kiddie Press + Hydrating Steam Treatment (Erica) for my daughter. It was trimmed way too short but the style was cute. The very next day my daughter's hair was so rough and dry I couldn't believe it. It's been two months and my daughter's hair hasn't returned to its natural state, it's still rough and dry. Idk what products they used but it did not take well on my baby's hair. The pictures speak for themselves

It say they accept walk-ins but everytime I go either somebody don’t feel like it or nobody’s there I can’t do appointments you have people who can and then there’s people who can’t. Where the back in the day stylist?

Tae’Lor is absolutely amazing. I went to her for the first time and she was efficient, focused, fun and did my hair perfectly. I was worried initially because she used a different technique, but once she was done I realized how more effective and quick her process was. She has a great personality and her head washes feel good too. The entire team there is great. All are professional and truly care about you as a client and your hair. Thanks so much!
