We had a VROOM system installed on the slideout of our Grand Design travel trailer. From start to finish, we had a 5-star experience. Great communication, high quality installation of a high quality product, and customer service that exceeded expectations. Special shout out to Shea, Mike, and Hunter for making this process seamless. If you are have a VROOM system installed, this is your team! Highly recommended!
Had a small dent on 1 panel and a couple scuffs, we took the car to multiple locations for a quote, everywhere quoted $300-400 to repair the baseball size damage and buff out the 2 scuffs. Fabel quoted $5500 and found "damage" that had nothing to do with why I brought it and wanted to fix every tiny rock chip and scratch and multiple spots that nobody can tell were there and wanted to repaint 2/3 of the car. I told them multiple times I want a cash quote to fix the dent and 2 scuffs. Needless to say I'm getting it fixed else... read more
Amazing place!
They took way longer than expected on my vehicle and repeatedly said it would be ready next week whenever I called them. The total labor hours on the invoice are only 24.5 hours, but it took them 40 days to finish. Additionally, I am extremely unhappy that they charged me an extra 3.5% of the amount I needed to pay for using a card as payment which they never told me there is a fee for using cards. Two stars for doing a good job on the body painting and cleaning the vehicle, but everything else is a thumbs-down.
