We had a VROOM system installed on the slideout of our Grand Design travel trailer. From start to finish, we had a 5-star experience. Great communication, high quality installation of a high quality product, and customer service that exceeded expectations. Had a small dent on 1 panel and a couple scuffs, we took the car to multiple locations for a quote, everywhere quoted $300-400 to repair the baseball size damage and buff out the 2 scuffs. Fabel quoted $5500 and found "damage" that had nothing to do with why I brought it and wanted to fix every tiny rock chip and scratch and multiple spots that nobody can tell were there and wanted to repaint 2/3 of the car. I told them multiple times I want a cash quote to fix the dent and 2 scuffs. Needless to say I'm getting it fixed else... read more
