Please teach some manners to the lady sitting in the trailer; she is a horrible person. She doesn't explain anything—I couldn't understand a word she said—and on top of that, she makes you feel like it's your fault. It’s a terrible place; I’m never going back there.

Kim the shipping lady is the absolute worst.
4hours for put 2 pices ....... Next day to dumpster NEVER BACK
Not too bad at all . Reading all these bad reviews I got worried but actually I got in and out in 1 hour. Enter gate #2 and swing left to that little shed on the left to check in. No room to park overnight. I slept behind Kohls 2 miles away without any problem.
