Request to the management: Please teach manners and courtesy to the lady working in your shipping office (in the container). The experience was terrible — first, she yells and acts disrespectfully, and then even complains to the broker as if something is wrong with you. Honestly, this is unacceptable. In four years on the road, this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Please read the reviews below — clearly, this is not the first complaint of this kind.
Didn't take long to load, lady at trailer got me checked in quickly amd wasnt as bad as the reviews say she is, only reason 4 instead of 5 is the rows aren't very big to turn into, kind of a pain in a long nose truck but doable, and its a mudhole
