Despite what those that have a negative comment are saying, I believe Fab-Tech is a decent company for those that want a stable income, decent benefits, and some skills that you can take with you in to your career in Fabrication, Welding, Powder Coating, Shipping, and Quality Assurance. Like any company Fab-Tech has some room to grow and improve but in the 3 years I've been there I have provided for myself and my family. I have gotten a raise or two each year a fair bonus each December, paid holidays, Union support and more.... read more
False promises from job ad along with the majority of management making up there own rules. When you bring things into light they will terminate you in one way or another with corrupt hr. Deffinately not a place to depend on especially if you have family to provide for. Sketchy location/business to depend on for employment.
Picked up a load, dropped Trl night before and they had us ready to go following morning
