Extremely disappointing service. Kiwana, first booked the appointment for a move out cleaning on Friday, then she did not show up. When I called she said they scheduled me for Saturday for which I was fine and then on Saturday she does not show at the address stating she was at wrong address searching for my place for more than an hour, which could have been resolved if she would have made a simple phone call.
