Fabiola is a gem! When it comes to real estate investing, she is very knowledgeable. During a phone consultation, she gave me some great tips and insights into the best ways to invest and how to prepare. She answered my questions and connected me to another resource in the field. The worst experience. We went to a rental showing and agreed on everything: landscaping and snow removal would be covered, and we would have access to the basement. Once they saw our application and realized we were making more than they expected, they tried to change the terms. Suddenly, landscaping and snow removal were no longer included, they wanted to use the basement for their own storage instead of paying for a storage unit, and then asked us to pay an additional $200 for their storage.
