Lived there for 3 years. The ceiling collapsed in the kitchen and the landlord blamed Covid as to why he couldn’t fix it, then the attached unit next door went vacant and he immediately replaced the garage doors for both units. I paid 1400 for a 3 bedroom in 2016. Now it’s almost 1800? Not worth it
