My Sequoia had a flat. I arranged to take the bike in and have a new tire ordered. The shop replaced the inner tube and supposedly ordered the tire. Weeks go by with no call. The inner tube was fine, but there was a scratch to the alloy accross the head tube a few inches long. I degrease and lube every 100 miles. This scratch was no cable wear, no crash, or fumble of mine. Still no call regarding the one tire. I guess this was some Specialized way to say Faast Cycles doesn’t want your business.

I’m very disappointed with your inability to assist in our bike repair. We called and asked about the price and to make an appointment and was told that it would be a quick and easy fix and to just come right in. However, when we came in with the bike and we were turned away and you refused service. I am highly unsatisfied with your business and will not be returning for any more work!

Walked in with my fiance the other night. One of the employees greeted us as we came in. Then proceeded to stand right behind me as if I were going to steal something!! I continued to glance at the mountain bikes bike I WAS interested in while being stalked the whole time. So I asked a question about if they carried a type of cranks. Was given a slightly rude and short answer. No hold on a sec and let me get a price or anything of that sort. My wife and I bought bikes from Faast yesterday. The customer service was outstanding. They matched us up with great bikes in the price range we wanted, let us test-ride them around the neighborhood, and answered all our questions. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a bike. We'll be back for accessories soon.
