I cannot say enough good things about this branch! From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. The staff here actually take the time to get to know you as a person, not just an account number. Whether I’m dropping in for a quick transaction or need help with something more complex, they make every visit easy, stress-free, and pleasant. It truly feels like a community bank that cares. Highly recommend!
This place is a joke. I withdrew $8,000 CASH from my savings account without them verifying my identity. All it took was me giving them my account number. Another time I called to ask about speaking with a lender to get a mortgage. Never got a call back. I am closing my account and not thinking twice about it. Incompetent establishment.
