Well where to start. I have bought a lot of cars in my time but I have never enjoyed buying a car as much as I have from F A Roper. 3 great guys you could spend hours with chatting and having a laugh. Paul looked after me regarding the Mazda CX60 I bought as they were selling it for a large customer of theirs as a favour as they usually only deal in German brand cars. Purchased a BMW M240i from these guys and what a great service they provided. Was given a comprehensive run down of the cars history by Paul, and even was advised about a replacement cosmetic part that was already arranged to be changed. Therefor the car was immaculately presented and the part ex/purchasing experience was not rushed and expertly managed. I would happily return next time!
I bought a car from James and I was extremely impressed at the level or service and the quality of the car. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. I travelled a long way and I am now very glad I did.
The car I was looking at seemed good, but unfortunately I recieved terrible customer service from James. I would ask to deal with a different sales person if I were interested in buying another car in the future.
Genuine people didn’t oversell or was pushy. Friendly and helpful staff explained everything about the car. After purchasing the car Phil was still guiding me how to connect “myAudi” Exchanged my old car for reasonable price. I would come back again and recommend to others. Thank you for great car it was pleasure dealing with you.
