I called Frank and he sent over two of his technicians in about 2 hours. I explained to them my problem with the kitchen drainpipe fitting leaking and water in the sink not draining down. They roto-rootered my drainpipe using almost 60 feet of cable. They were able to unclog the pipe and get the water draining again. They reinstalled all pipes/fittings and checked for leaks.
