Angel did an excellent job! Her work ethic was admirable. She took the term 'due diligence' to the highest level. By her careful examination of the tax records on file at my town office, she was able to save me a significant amount of money on my home\auto insurance bundle. VERY UNHELPFUL!!! Had one accident in like decades and it was a nightmare and phone tag to try to get it settled. They then skyrocketed the insurance. Went to progressive without an agent and it was hundreds cheaper. What would be the point of using them, at the very least be helpful and kind to some degree. 0 out of any amount of stars horrible company and employees
