I recently hired FA Electric to help me upgrade my old federal pacific panel due to its age and hazards. I was referred to them by my insurance agent who suggested them for their efficiency and affordability. They did not let me down and took only 60% of the original time that they said they would, allowing me to get back in the house and on with my life. Over the last few years, I have had a number of major projects which were required to this 70 year old home. It has amazed me that so many contractors would not respond either to a request for an estimate nor provide one after an initial visit. FA Electric has been a clear and wonderful exception. TLDR: Nothing but positive experiences and messages, and then we just got ignored I don't like to give negative reviews to any small business, but I unfortunately have to in this case. I'm still not sure what happened because all communication just stopped. I won't be coming back to see a response because I didn't get that respect.
