I figured I'd post a review because I've had work done by them twice over the last 3-4 years, including today. Both times he was professional and courteous. The first time was a dryer we had that wasn't heating up fully. He diagnosed that the 240v outlet was only getting half voltage. We had just moved in back then, so we fixed that and it worked. We eventually got a new washer/dryer set and today he came out to fix the washer not draining and found the hair clog inside the pump causing the problem. I cant speak to other peo... read more
Very unprofessional! FA Display has a contract to fix warranty products for Samsung. My experience has been awful to say the least. My appointment was today 4-11-25 and I didn’t receive a phone call or anything from this company. I call Samsung and they verified also that my appointment is scheduled for 4-11-25 and the company needed more information and would be reaching out. I am starting to question Samsung loyalty for their customers.
FA Display was contracted to fix a warranty item via Samsung and the agent barely spoke English and promised he would return contact after speaking to Samsung and refused any further contact. Completely unprofessional
Had a 77” Samsung Q89C, installed professionally and screen started peeling off(not the packaging film) after 6 months. Samsung sent me through FA Display, Hyuk understood what my problem was and immediately ordered the replacement panel. Within a couple days, he called me to schedule a repairman to do the job. The repairman was professional and took great care. The entire process only took a week and 2 days. Thank you Hyuk.
Great service! Very kid/pet friendly, professional, and prompt. Most importantly… my issue has been resolved.
