F&A Appliance is a remarkable company great service very professional
They never showed up for appointment, when I called they tried to put me on the back of the list for the next day. I ended cancelling altogether. Very unprofessional!
Came late, rude, grabbing everything, saying nothing is wrong and keeps yelling at us for talking??? And still wanted us to pay for nothing.

Upon arrival technician was abrupt and asked what was wrong with the refrigerator, I told him it was blowing out hot air He asked how old it was then opened the door to take a picture of the model and serial number. Stated it's the compressor, I've been doing this for years!! One week later Larry opened the back and said the freon coil is corroded and it couldn't be replaced. Why didn't he open the back on his 1st visit?
