Being able to review the inspection result in text and choose the repair was big plus, compared to other places. The repair cost and the ride service were also good.
Great shop that came across! Staff was firendly and knowledgable! There is a large viewing window in the lobby to watch your car be worked on while you wait. I went around lunch time for a tire rotation ($35) and it was very quick turnaround time and great price. Would highly recommend this shop if want a more personal and trustworthy experience for car maintenance/repair!
Even though I had to replace my engine, Julius and the folks at Car-Aid were very helpful during the whole process. The swap took around a week and it was at a fair price. Additionally, being able to communicate about the status of the repair through text was convenient. I would highly recommend service at this location.
