I have watched groups of subscribers rush to this F45 at the Stater Bros shopping complex for the 5am and 6am classes. 5am classes are loud with music and light shows. The overhead tones to move to the next module are prevalent and creepy, like an overture of the thoughtful mind. When the 6am class begins, people run outside to "warm up" (running outside by trash bins and on pavement is still free in this world, as far as I know). The pictures show why. Farming for reviews is against Google policy. While there are some amazing people who work at this location bear in mind the hours are obtuse at best for their class schedule. I would zero star if possible.

I've been looking for the right gym, and I think I finally found it! I decided to purchase the 3-day trial at F45, and I was not disappointed. During my trial, I experienced all three workout styles: Cardio, Hybrid, and Resistance. My first session was with Coach Henry, who is also the owner, and at the end he told me, "You smashed it!"
