Everyone is extremely supportive and kind. Due to injuries I needed modifications and all the coaches knew exactly how to help and constantly checked in to make sure I was not hurting myself. I hate gyms and working out but I signed up here!
As someone who is not a fan of the typical gym culture and same routine day in and day out, I love F45 - specifically this location and team. I look forward to every class. The program is constantly changing so I personally don't get bored and helps prevent that plateau effect at your standard gym. Highly recommend for anyone from seasoned athletes to people just starting their fitness journey. The team here is great at motivating, keeping it fun, but also correcting your form to prevent injury.

I first learned about F45 through research and after hearing a lot of positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I contacted the Yorba Linda studio and everyone that I have spoken to have been so helpful and attentive. They have helped me with scheduling, checking in, and setting up my appointment.
