Been attending F45 Woy Woy for nearly 3 years. Always smiling faces to greet you. Always someone to help with your technique and keep you accountable. Work hard for 45min and then be on your way. Exactly what I want and need in a gym.
F45 Woy Woy has honestly been life-changing. The sense of community here is incredible – supportive, motivating, and so welcoming. The trainers are genuinely caring and create such a positive vibe every session. If you’re thinking about joining, do it! You’ll feel stronger, more confident, and part of something really special.
I have always found it difficult to maintain motivation at the gym but since joining F45 Woy Woy around 2 years ago I have found the motivation every single week to stay focused make it to the gym multiple times a week - the trainers are so encouraging and have helped me to develop and get stronger over this time! thanks Dan for creating such a great space.
