Absolutely love the Woolloomooloo F45 fam! Jess, B, Scotty, George, Mac, and Zac are the best! Had a back injury from 3 years ago and was coached through by Jess and gotten much stronger through her advice. Really noticed a difference now with my workouts and have no more injuries since. I have also made a few close friends from the gym and created a wonderful community of amazing people.
Incredible experience. Trained at lots of F45s but there is something special about this studio. High level coaching experience and even higher level energy! My go to place when traveling into the city.
Amazing time!!! Don't even notice you are working out. Feels more like a night club. Rocking music. And and amazing fun couches.
