I’ve tried many other gyms over the last 30 years and nothing compares to F45. Everyday there is a different workout and setup. The members are very welcoming and jokingly hold one another accountable which is important. Top notch coaches that will watch your form but also understand your personal goals. Small class sizes, so in most instances it’s the energy of a packed room but the luxury of a private session. Not working
Nice facility, excellent trainers. Left due to ongoing injury. 28 day cancellation policy is a totally unnecessary money grab.
I’d give it 100 stars if I could. Great energy, everything from the awesome coach’s to the amazing community of people that work out there. 10/10 would recommend !!
