Love f45 Wollongong, beck and Aaron are amazing and so is the team. Fun sessions, beautiful community and state of the art equipment. If your looking for a place to start your health and fitness goals you would be silly not to start here.
I truly love training at F45! The owners and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is motivating, welcoming, and supportive. I have improved myself a lot since I started my journey at F45.
