I use both locations and I must say, hats off to the owner. Vanessa knows how to run some great gyms. When I am in town I try to make sure I always get the best workout in. Memphis Fitness Co. is the place. Just check it out and you will see for yourself why I rave about it.
If you haven’t worked out ever or you’ve been busy raising kids and doing the things but your ready to invest some time in yourself-this place is for you. If you work out from time to time and want to level up, this place is for you. I’m from out of state but popped in to use a passport class pass. This is an awesome location, the coach was wonderful, and there was even a live DJ playing music which was so impressive. Everyone was nice and kept the vibe fun and uplifting - I’d totally recommend this location!
Chris was great and the workouts were intense but creative!
Coach Chris at F45 Wolfchase is awesome! He motivates you to do your best and has a great sense of humor!
