Great balance of workouts. Love to be able to do cardio based fitness one day and weight training another day. Never gets boring or mundane. And I am not a fan of working out but have found myself coming daily. It’s not easy but it gets results. Very good trainers who know what they’re doing and teaching the proper techniques. If you always wanted a personal trainer but can’t afford one, F45 is the option to go with.
Spotless! Spacious. Very well organized to the detail. Never a boring workout. Great workout program. All trainers are very good. Special shout out to their trainer Lukasz! Extremely knowledgeable trainer. In a nut shell F45 is great place to get kickass workout for sure.

Amazing workouts that never get boring and are constantly changing. It really is a full body workout. The trainers are so great too!
