This is a great location, everyone makes you feel welcome. The workouts are challenging but fun, coaches are great. I enjoy Veronika's classes, she is always there to help and ensure your form is good.
My favorite F45 location. Luiz is an amazing trainer. His classes are fantastic. Not only does he push you, he also correct your forms if needed. The location is very clean and the owner is super nice as well.
Dropped into this F45 while visiting family, and we were blown away by the warm welcome! The members were so inviting — chatting with us, giving fist bumps, and truly making us feel like we were back at our home studio. The energy was amazing, and Coach Luiz was a total vibe — super nice, motivating, and fun. Such a great class and awesome community. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!
I absolutely love this location! Michelle and Veronika are just the best! They have such a great attitude each time and are always willing to adjust workouts for me! So much love for this location!
