I signed up for the 7 day trial for $30 and loved my workouts! I normally just lift weights but it really helped doing a quick class that pushed me to do more cardio. I also just love the energy in the mornings to start my day.
Such a great gym! The trainers are all wonderful and helpful. Classes are typically smaller so more one-on-one help from trainers. Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking. The workouts change periodically and they have tvs in front of you so you can see what exercise to do and when to switch stations. Love this place!
