One of my favorite studios! I choose to drive up to Plano from Addison because Willow Bend has a better atmosphere and vibe. Really enjoy the people, music choice, and energy from the coaches. Highly recommend this studio
Never been a gym girly, F45 helps me strength train and keep me in shape! Everyday there is a really good workout and amazing instructors that are there to help, correct your form and motivate you!
Coach Ned and coach Veronika are AMAZING! They are so knowledgeable and patient and know just when to push you to be stronger. Thank you for helping me stay active during my healing process!
