I’ve really been enjoying my workouts at F45 White Marsh! The classes are definitely challenging, but in the best way—they push you while still being fun and energizing. I’ve never loved a gym like I love F45 White Marsh. Over 300 classes in and the workouts still always keep me on my toes and challenge me. The coaches are all top tier. They motivate and push me each day. It’s such a positive, uplifting community, and I’ve made some amazing friends along the way.
This place has become my second home. I’ve never been great at sticking to a workout routine, but F45 White Marsh completely changed that for me. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now and it’s easily one of the best choices I’ve made for myself—both mentally & physically. The coaches are full of energy, genuinely supportive and know exactly how to motivate you to reach your goals. I’m so thankful for this studio and the incredible people I’ve met here!
F45 was exactly what I needed when I was feeling like I was in a rut at the gym. The workouts are challenging and the coaches are all very encouraging! I’m never bored at f45 and always feel like I’m pushing myself harder than I would at the gym alone thanks to the amazing trainers and team!
I joined F45 White Marsh as a founding member - all thanks to my friend who recommended F45 as she had joined the one in Canton. F45 has given me the motivation and confidence to be consistently active again! I love the structure and efficiency of each workout. The coaches are amazing and so friendly!
