Bloody awesome way to get fit under a wide variety of frameworks so that it never gets boring or too repetitive! Totally life-changing! Very supportive and friendly staff members as well as community in general of all sizes and ages with a great focus on teamwork. I look forward to the unique gym routine now every week and find myself looking into the future in a positive manner.
