Great workouts that really make your body work regardless of your fitness level. The instructors are great and so are the ways the workouts are set up.

I've been going for ~6 weeks now and have really enjoyed my time so far. The movements are varied enough throughout the week that you dont feel like you're doing the same thing over and over. The instructors have a great energy level and are active throughout the workout. They will correct your form or help spot you if necessary. Getting the time slot you want for working out hasn't been an issue so far. Its all online and super easy. Definitely worth checking out if you want group class format type workout.

My daughter who just graduated from college and doesn’t have a lot of money purchased a one month only plan, they went ahead and charged her for a second month and would not refund her her money because they said she needed to give them a month notice that she wasn’t going to renew. How does that make sense when she only purchased a one month membership. She would’ve had to say that first day to cancel it?
