My favourite place to be. I love walking in every morning or afternoon to not only the place where I feel my best but the place where the people feel like my family! I love it here and I’ll always love it. I live 30min away from this f45 but I make it my goal to get there almost everyday because of the way I feel when I’m there and that’s loved, supported and appreciated if that’s not saying something then I don’t know what is because I hate driving!
