My husband is in the military. We moved here to Tampa over the summer from Houston area and have tried other F-45’s in Texas. We were Orange Theory people for years but F-45 here in Tampa convinced us to switch. Our experience here at F-45 West Chase surpasses every fitness community we have been apart of in the past. I’m extremely disappointed with how this F45 location (Westchase, Tampa) handled both the training experience and the membership cancellation process. First, the workouts lack real coaching. Despite asking multiple times for help correcting my posture and form, the trainers never provided guidance. They mostly just clap, cheer, and dance around the room — which might look energetic, but it’s not actual coaching or safe supervision, especially for members who care about proper technique and injury prevention. Great atmosphere, clean, studio, and amazing staff. The coaches make the work out very motivating. The members there, really make it feel like a true family community. Highly recommend!
