Friendly and supportive members, encouraging and enthusiastic coaches, especially Mel! I hadn't worked out at a gym in years and was way out of shape. I've been going for about two months now and have improved my range of motion and strength exponentially. I love how every class is different and fast paced. Before you know it, the workout is done. Great music also! Highly recommend!

After two years of attending, I can say the coaches are always positive, motivating, and genuinely supportive. I enjoy the energy of the 6 am crew — it makes early workouts something I actually look forward to. One thing I appreciate about F45 is that they give you a lot of autonomy in how you exercise and how heavy you choose to lift. That can be a positive thing if, like me, you prefer to "lock in" and don’t respond well to coaches constantly yelling or pushing you.
