I've been enjoying attending classes at F45 Westchase! The coaches are professional and friendly— making it a welcoming environment. Classes are not over crowded, which ensures a comfortable workout environment. Another huge plus is the availability of 5 am classes in addition to multiple other class times, allowing me to fit workouts into a busy schedule!

Great Workout and Fun Atmosphere! I’ve been attending this exercise class for the past few weeks, and it’s been an amazing experience! The instructor is super motivating and makes sure everyone stays engaged, no matter their fitness level. The coaches hardly showed the exercises during the demo, they do not interact with the members except yelling out unhelpful statements that they read off Pinterest (keep going! You got this!) or taking content for Instagram and then sitting on their phones. I have been going to F45 in the UK for years and the coaches there push you, correct you, and make an effort - this studio can really learn something from them.
