The owners of this f45 training studio made me so welcome for my first class! The place looks great, clean and they even have private showers with shampoo and everything. I came here for a single workout and it absolutely rocked. Great audience too! 100% recommended. Greetings from Amsterdam, see you next time.

Mark and Corey were so welcoming and kind! My husband and I are visiting from out of town and Mark was very flexible with allowing us to come workout for a few days while we are here. Facility is super clean and even has towels (never seen that at other F45s). Highly recommend!!
great studio! the trainer was really helpful and friendly and the space is so beautiful and clean. i was visiting from out of town and felt right at home.
