I started working out at F45 less than a month ago and I love it! Every coach and all the staff makes you feel comfortable no matter where you at on your fitness level and the members are always friendly and welcoming. Are you looking for a great place to work out?! This place and location is the best but be ready to sweat and have fun!
As a former college athlete trying to get back into working out consistently and being challenged….most definitely the best decision I’ve made joining this place. If you like good music and being pushed most definitely the place for you!
Overall Great experience and great trainers who work with you no matter what level you’re at. Also, everyone is very friendly and encouraging.
I started F45 about a month ago and I am absolutely obsessed! A laid-back environment makes you feel comfortable navigating new workouts every morning. Coach JD is one of the best I’ve trained with as he is professional and an all-around nice guy! The rest of the staff and the members of the gym are friendly and welcoming.Great place to work out!
