I’m not exaggerating when I say F45 has changed my life. I’m the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been, and I never imagined I could get to where I’m at today. I’ve had such a great experience at F45, and a big part of that is thanks to the coaches. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome and comfortable, which really sets the tone for the workout.
