This is a great gym! Clear, well structured work outs. Supportive and knowledgeable staff. Clean gym and bathrooms. All round winner!
EDIT: After this class, I had X-rays, an MRI, and consultations with two orthopedic surgeons. I ultimately required ACL reconstruction surgery followed by a year of intensive physical therapy. It turned out I suffered a complete ACL tear that night at F45. The owner did reach out once after the injury, but instead of showing genuine concern, he was argumentative about my review and seemed more worried about the gym’s image than my injury. A freakish cult that won’t let you out of their grip. Seriously just let someone cancel.
Best place ever! They do not give up on you even when you want to stop or give up! It's a fun and positive an environment to be in! With the people, you become workout buddies, to being friends, to being like family having each other's back to keep the hustle for a better you!
