Whether you’re trying to maximize your fitness goals or you’re somebody that has limited time to dedicate to fitness F45 is your go to! I can’t go into a traditional gym and get myself to do an effective workout .. F45 takes all the headache of having to deal with that. Highly recommend
Can NOT say enough about this gym! From Coaches to classes, community, and cleanliness, F45 WPB is hands down, ahead of the game. You gotta check out the Hyrox classes and their new Pilates classes…both are INSANELY good!
