I recently relocated to west Palm and I’m so happy I found an f45 that is above amazing! I wake up every morning excited to get the day started with the WPB f45 team. The energy from coach mitchells classes cannot be topped! He’s my all time favorite coach. Good music, good people, all around good vibes. I highly recommend becoming a member!!!!!
Great training! My husband and I came here to try a class. It was EXCELLENT!! Great equipment. Challenging workout. Best coach, Mitchell. We immediately registered for another class. Highly recommend this F45.

I filled out a form online and was contacted by a staff member. After many messages back and forth, they would not tell me the cost. I followed up twice and still could not get a response. It seemed very shady and she suggested that the price varies per person. How strange. No thank you.
