F45 in West Palm Beach is phenomenal. The staff is terrific and Ellie always makes certain that you are working out correctly which is important for us “ old folks”. The coffee bar at the location is also excellent and a convenient plus after a morning workout. Finally, the other participants are very friendly and focused on getting the most out of their 45+ minutes. A10 on all counts. Bill D
