I started going to F45 a couple of months ago and I love it! I was 7 months post partum (c-section), so I was nervous about being able to do all the workouts. Coach Sarah and Jeremiah have been amazing and so encouraging! They show you modified movements based on your current skill set. The workouts are challenging but doable. I love the results I am seeing so far! I highly recommend checking out F45 West Little Rock!
