I had been wanting to try f45 for awhile and was a little nervous on my first day but Zach was super nice and showed me how it worked and what to expect beforehand. During the workout- him and Jesse form corrected and motivated! I was exhausted at the end but felt so good! Everyone is super nice in the class. I will be getting a membership ASAP.

Hands down one of the best studios I have ever gone to. Everyone is so attentive, and all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. I love the fact that they push you so you can find your limits and challenge yourself. The studio is clean, easy parking and they offer towels for the workout. BIG selling point is the non optional core finishers at the end of each workout. Great community as well, there are people that have been coming here for years, which is a great indicator of the quality of the gym. Just all around amazing!
