Been loving every class I take!
I’ve been going to F45 since Jan 2022 and it’s the best! Great workout and amazing coaches.
I’ve been coming to this F45 for over two years now, one for the workout, but more importantly for the community. Many connections have been made between members and the coaches. Highly recommend trying it out!
I love that is is easy to show up and get a solid workout in without having to think through it! The classes are always high energy and I burn more calories in this class than many other similar stye fitness classes.
I have recently started at F45 and I love it. The variety of excerises, both cardio and strength, prevents boredom and the coaches are amazing! Sam is really motivating and I love the energy in this community!
