My favorite gym and the only place I will be going. Such a sense of community and keeps me feeling strong 💪 first gym I’ve really loved going to and keep coming back

I can't rate this gym highly enough. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Chevy is the gym manager and she was super helpful. The community is just so fun and they schedule some fun/unique workouts sometimes. They also have a run club and social events. This gym is welcoming for all ages and abilities.

I joined F45 West Highlands a few months ago, and it has been one of the best fitness decisions I've made. I was feeling stuck at my previous gym—doing the same workouts, struggling to stay motivated, and rarely pushing myself to incorporate enough cardio into my routine. I have loved having a membership to F45 specifically west highlands location. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and I can always ask if I need help with form or alternate exercises. I feel stronger and healthier. Thank you!
