I love that is is easy to show up and get a solid workout in without having to think through it! The classes are always high energy and I burn more calories in this class than many other similar stye fitness classes.
I have recently started at F45 and I love it. The variety of excerises, both cardio and strength, prevents boredom and the coaches are amazing! Sam is really motivating and I love the energy in this community!

I’ve been coming here for 3 months and I do love it! Sam, Jimmy, McCall and Logan have all been very welcoming and wonderful trainers. The training is very difficult and challenging and it is helping me get to the next level of fitness. The atmosphere is very inclusive - there are all shapes sizes and ages at every training and I really love that! This is exactly what you need to reboot your workout.
Everybody is wicked sad about Savannah leaving (A++ trainer / manager). Demanding job as trainers to be upbeat / social / skilled starting at 5AM on a daily basis. All the trainers are great though. Tough to find the talent, but they do. Great culture, best gym, hope it doesn't change.
