Since joining F45 in October, I have nothing but praises for the F45 coaching team but also for the F45 West Hempstead community. From day one Danio and all the coaches have made me feel comfortable and have encouraged me to keep pushing every single time I attend. I was always curious to try F45 when I saw them popping up in other towns and was thrilled to learn that one would be opening up so close to where I live. I needed to start a fitness routine and take my health more seriously. Even with my health concerns, I’ve always been able to bounce back and keep up with working out at this gym. My experience with F45 in particular West Hempstead’s location has been nothing but amazing. The Coaches is there Our knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. I didn’t see myself doing the style of classes however I’m a few months in And have seen amazing results.
West Hempstead F45 has been a great experience! Love the coaches and love the people that go. Its a team atmosphere and thats what I love about it.
