Took my first F45 class with Joe and it was a great experience! The studio was clean and organized. I was nervous because I haven’t done a HIIT class in a long time but he was constantly checking in on me at each station and was super supportive. I liked the class way more than I expected and will definitely take more classes with Joe!
The energy here is incredible! The instructions are very well designed, the staff is extremely friendly, and the music is fantastic.. a bit of rave vibe while you work out! Why not, right? lol
I've been to many gyms in my lifetime. Nothing compares to this one. This is by far the best gym, the best f45 location, and the best group of trainers. I've been going to this location for 6 months and have worked out more than my 20 years of going to other gyms. You just feel so different after each workout that you just want to come back for more.
I’m so happy I found this gym and this incredible team! I hadn’t worked out in years, so I was definitely nervous walking in, but Hailey and Mike made me feel welcome from day one. They take the time to correct my form, encourage me every step of the way, and push me to do my best without ever making me feel uncomfortable or judged. Their positive energy and support have made getting back into working out something I actually look forward to.
