Relatively new to the West Hackensack studio. Was not sure what to expect about 4 weeks ago walking into one of the classes. Regardless of whatever level you are at ,they will work with you and modify any of the exercises that are needed. In addition you will get the support & encouragement of everyone else that is in the class at the same time... Most importantly the trainers make the biggest difference. Amazing experience! Great workout
Just did a class here. Haley was just an incredible coach all around! She took her time explaining the work out, and made sure that your form was on point! Felt like one on one training. Would recommend this studio to anyone, whether novice or an expert!
i worked out today itself and the energy in this crowd is INTENSE. Love it. Evan is a great coach, and i’ll be sure to drop by whenever i hit the new jersey area!! Love the studio, the coaches are fit as fire, and join you out for your sets pushing you through that few extra reps to muscle failure. Great work team, whole team not just Evan!
