Relatively new to the West Hackensack studio. Was not sure what to expect about 4 weeks ago walking into one of the classes. Regardless of whatever level you are at ,they will work with you and modify any of the exercises that are needed. In addition you will get the support & encouragement of everyone else that is in the class at the same time... Most importantly the trainers make the biggest difference.
