This is hands down the best fitness community around. The coaches are fantastic—always encouraging and keeping you on track. Between the positive vibes and the great energy, it keeps me consistently coming back every single morning.

I am an original founding member of F45WestDiatrict! Six years later I am still here and love everything about it! I am never bored; the workouts are challenging and constantly changing; the coaches watch, talk, correct and help! The vibe at this gym is welcoming and everyone is friendly! Turning 60 next month and I plan to be here as a well-functioning 80 year old!
This is one of the best gyms in Calgary, the vibes are always so high, and everyone is so welcoming. If you want to do a hard workout with a sense of community, this is it.
