F45 is a great workout. The West District location is fantastic!
I started at F45 as a “senior” hoping to improve my strength and bone health with resistance training. Although the programming and routines can be a bit confusing at first, the coaches are great and very knowledgeable, and everything comes together quickly. The exercises can be adapted to be appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Adding F45 to my fitness routine has been very positive.
Has really been enjoying WestSprings F45 - fantastic energy from coaches and clients, lots of great corrections and being pushed to work harder and lift heavier! Glad I’ve made the choice to come here for fitness!
Love the energy at F45. Tough workout, great coaches, always worth it!
