Joining F45 West Springs is honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! A huge shoutout to Selena, Kieran, Robin, Nicole, and Amieko—they are all incredible trainers who keep me motivated, push me beyond my limits, and inspire me to show up every day. More than just a workout, I’m so grateful to have found this amazing community. I’ve built lifelong friendships here and push myself harder than I ever could at a traditional gym. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t hesitate for a second!
I’ve been a member for just over three years. Why do I keep going back? First, it’s a supportive community. You get to know the people you workout with and they get to know you. It’s the first time you miss a class you normally show up to that this becomes evident. Second, it’s the fact that I just need to show up and follow the workout - simple.
