Coaches are great, vibes are high, workout are challenging! 10/10 would recommend. This studio also seems to have a great community; friendly, fun, motivating. Loving it after a couple months!
Love this studio! The coaches at F45 West District are always so positive, supportive, and helpful! From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a community. The workouts are challenging and fun, and the structure makes it easy to stay consistent. I’ve never felt this motivated to work out regularly—F45 has completely changed my fitness routine for the better!
f45 has been my favourite gym all the time, and working out in this studio is always fun , I recommend to try it out!
Oh my Gosh, F45 Training West District is exactly what I've been needing without realizing it's been available to me all along. I usually shy away from group workouts, preferring smaller groups of people, but with the set up, the fast-paced transitions, and guided workouts on the screen, I barely know that anyone is there but me!
