I’ve been a member for just over three years. Why do I keep going back? First, it’s a supportive community. You get to know the people you workout with and they get to know you. It’s the first time you miss a class you normally show up to that this becomes evident. Second, it’s the fact that I just need to show up and follow the workout - simple. F45 has become one of my favourite places to be. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are amazing, and the energy in the studio is SO good. You can walk in half asleep and somehow walk out feeling like you could conquer the world (thanks 6 am class!). I love that every workout is different, I’m constantly being pushed, and the community makes showing up so much easier.
