One of the best studios I’ve been to. Amazing fitness classes and great coaches. They're always helping with your form and making sure you push yourself. This studio gives me “family” energy, everyone welcomes each other even the clients. Definitely recommend for those who want to get fit and healthy!

Our FIT family at f45 West Carmel (led by our FIT boss Lori & her husband Jason) is a shinning example of what you get when you mix the perfect balance of passion (they just love helping others get more FIT) and fun (the environment they create is inspirational and supportive).
