I’ve been going to F45 for a few years now and this is by far my favorite location. The class sizes are not crowded and everyone is on the same level, it feels more like a little club. Coach BJ is the best for pushing you to do better. All other coaches as well. I always feel welcome here and even look forward to going to workout!
F45 Training has completely changed my workouts. Every class is fast-paced, well structured, and delivers an incredible full-body workout in under an hour. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress.
