I have learned so much at this gym working with Coach Bj. He has taught me so much about how to exercise and do the exercise the correct way enjoy this gym. I love the wonderful people I have met. I look forward to going to the gym I enjoy and appreciate all the coaches

Have been a member for over two years and I highly recommend F45. The coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable. They've helped me adjust my workouts for a knee issue I was having. My strength has improved greatly since I've started working out here.
Love my new gym F45! Coach BJ keeps the energy high and pushes us to give our best every session. The workouts are intense but fun, and there are always options provided to suit any fitness level. Great vibe and great motivation—highly recommend!
