We’ve been working out for way too long and this is by far the best gym out of the many that we’ve tried. We were so lucky that Denise was there and made us feel welcomed when we signed up! All the instructors at F45 are amazing! They made and make me feel so welcomed every time I step into the studio. One instructor, Anthony, is always there pushing me to do better, motivates me every day, made me feel confident when working out, and very friendly! He always corrects my form and explains with patience how to do it correctly.

Have been to other F45s and this is the best one yet! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the amazing community and positive atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make sure you feel supported, no matter your fitness level. When I feel like giving up or get lazy, Coach Anthony ALWAYS pushes me and challenges me to the best of my ability! Because of him I have been able to see my full potential and lift heavier, so thank you! It’s my happy place and so lucky to have found a place I can call home!

I absolutely love F45 West Boca! The group classes are always energetic and well-structured, and the trainers are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of each session. Juan and Lillian are the best! It's a fantastic environment to stay motivated and improve your fitness!
