I love F45. The 45 minutes goes by so fast. The coaches are amazing and so attentive.
It is a fantastic workout place. I really enjoy it. Trainers are good, motivating, members motivate, management is too good. They keep the place clean. Only thing I don’t like is, sometimes it is crowded and some times you don’t get time to properly equip to do next activity during the workout because you get little time to set up. Does these two things stop me going there? Not at all :)
I love this gym. Specifically the trainers Jazz, Kimmy, Serena and Oluwole. They’re all so helpful, very kind and while they push you to do your best they’re not “pushy”. There’s a level of comfort within the atmosphere that these trainers have helped create. I also really enjoy the variety of workouts. However, the co-owner Barry S. is overly pushy. I've been coming here for more than 5 months now, and every day has been the best day. The workout variations and amazing coaches make it a fantastic experience. I have to give a big shoutout to the gym manager—who is also an amazing coach—Jazz, and Dina for inspiring me through it all! I highly recommend this place with five stars to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout.
