Its all about, Jazz :) Feel like "Rythemic", right? Yes, Jazz is "Rythemic", and she keeps it going to the last moment to bring the best of you :) All trainers at this Gym are excellent ! They keep you motivated, brings smiles to work. It is a fantastic workout place. I really enjoy it. Members motivate each other, and management is too good. They keep the place clean. Clean, great coaches, great people, tough workouts with options to modify or level up.
I love F45. The 45 minutes goes by so fast. The coaches are amazing and so attentive.
It is a fantastic workout place. I really enjoy it. Trainers are good, motivating, members motivate, management is too good. They keep the place clean. Only thing I don’t like is, sometimes it is crowded and some times you don’t get time to properly equip to do next activity during the workout because you get little time to set up. Does these two things stop me going there? Not at all :)
