A very welcoming studio. I was in NYC for 3 weeks while travelling, and went to the 42nd St studio on F45 Passport visits. The whole team there (trainers, and reception desk) were great, treating you as if you'd been a member there for ages. It's hard (er) training when you're on holidays, but these guys made it easy and enjoyable. Thank you! Dan B
I’ve been attending classes here for the past 3 months and already see such an incredible change in my body. Less fat, more muscle. The coaches (Joey, Greg, Abby) are wonderful, mixing motivation and humor, and the equipment is top notch. Each workout teaches me something different and I truly look forward to each next class.
The trainers, the vibes... the first time I'm hooked on a gym. I really feel it's suitable for any level, and you see the progress! They really make the effort to learn the names and make it a nice and personalized experience; they push you when it proceeds, and cheer you up when you're exhausted. Definitely a training class worth trying!
