Great staff, on time and flexible workouts for all levels. The area is large and clean!
Love the community here. I tried their 7 day challenge and then signed up for a.10 class pack. The workouts are great, definitely doable. The team are wonderful.

I go to the F45 on 42nd Street, and I just want to say I absolutely love the energy that everyone puts in to make this place happen. The frequency and the vibe make all the difference, and I feel amazing every time I’m there. I especially want to highlight Joey’s work he has incredible energy, he’s the perfect instructor because he manages to take care of all of us while keeping the vibe way up high.
