We love the trainers and family atmosphere. Working out is fun again :)
F45 has been such a gift for our family! My 11-year-old and my 65-year-old father are both thriving here. The trainers adapt every workout so everyone feels challenged but capable. It’s proof that fitness really can be for every age, and we’re having a blast doing it together!
Never thought I would be the person to wake up every morning for a 6:30 am class, but here I am! Love the workouts, love the atmosphere and the enthusiasm and encouragement from the trainers! I have tried other gyms and classes and this seems to be the best by far.
Moved to the Wiregrass studio after being at New Tampa for 3 years. Love the atmosphere, the coaches, and the other members. It is truly a family atmosphere. I am on my 733rd class and Wiregrass motivates me to keep going!
10/10 gym! The classes are like having your own personal trainer! It’s a group class which is always more motivating than working out alone but the classes are still customizable to your own needs & wants. They always have fun things going on & welcome everybody! Working out there is like family :)
