F45 Wiregrass is great! The facility itself is clean and modern with a variety of workout options. More importantly, the coaches and trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging. Coach Rutledge makes modifications to the work out to accommodate fitness levels while ensuring that everyone gets in an invigorating session. I actually look forward to going to the gym now! Give it a try; you wont regret it!
I absolutely love F45! The equipment is top-notch and the variety of workouts keeps things exciting every single day. The exercises are so diverse that you never get bored, and I always feel like I’m getting a full-body challenge. But honestly, my favorite part is the instructors — they’re incredible! I can’t recommend Coach Jonas & F45 enough! He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and has modifications where people need. I’ve seen amazing progress not only in my strength and fitness but also in my confidence. They push me when I need it, encourage me when I feel stuck, and make every session challenging but enjoyable. Thanks to Jonas & all the trainers!
We love F45 wiregrass! Jonas and the team are so accommodating with me and my little one. They are flexible on schedule changes and always motivating. Having a toddler has been challenging to get a good workout in but they’ve gone above and beyond in assisting me in reaching my fitness goals! Always appreciate you all💪
