The circuit training is excellent, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and support throughout my fitness journey. I visit two locations, and I appreciate both for their convenience. I love them both for the role they play in my fitness journey.
I’ve been a member since May 2023, and despite paying over $1,500 for a full year, I only attended one class. When my AMEX card expired after that year, I didn’t bother updating my payment information, assuming it would be obvious to the gym that with such minimal usage, they might either cancel my membership or reach out to me personally. I’ve had such a good experience with the F45 team in wellington. They are friendly and work with you throughout the work out. The facility is well-maintained and The equipment is cleaned after each workout session. I would highly recommend this location, whether you’re a beginner or advance.
LOVE this place. The trainers are always looking out for for and encouraging me to give my best effort. I normally don't like gyms but the routines and workouts are so varied I never feel like it's boring or repetitive. You don't even realize how much you've worked out. F45 allows some modifications during the workouts so you can tailor and personalize them. As an added bonus I can work out with my 26 yr old daughter even though I am older.
