After a full year here, I can honestly say it’s the BEST group fitness studio I’ve ever been to—and I travel for work, so I’ve been to many in the Tri-State area. In just 45 minutes, you get an efficient, full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more accomplished.
I’ve been a member of F45 for a little over a month and I am so happy with what I have experienced in my first month.
