I switched to F45 from another local HIIT gym after developing issues from too much treadmill running. The coaches are great and the variety in training each day keeps it interesting. Wish I had switched sooner!

I’ve been a member of F45 for a little over a month and I am so happy with what I have experienced in my first month.
