I switched to F45 from another local HIIT gym after developing issues from too much treadmill running. The coaches are great and the variety in training each day keeps it interesting. Wish I had switched sooner!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! After a full year here, I can honestly say it’s the BEST group fitness studio I’ve ever been to—and I travel for work, so I’ve been to many in the Tri-State area. The workouts are the perfect mix of high intensity and strength training, and every single instructor brings so much positive energy. Love them all!
