I’ve been a member of F45 for a little over a month and I am so happy with what I have experienced in my first month. Each workout is equally challenging focusing on certain parts of the body and engagement. Each instructor is motivating and extremely helpful. Great workout - difficult but goes by quickly. Awesome community and every coach is awesome.
As a previous Division 1 athlete, I felt like working out on my own was becoming monotonous and unfulfilling. Training at F45 has pushed me beyond my limits and provided me with the sense of community I was longing for.
Hit F45 Wayne, NJ this morning. Coach Leslie was great. Greeted me upon arrival and then conducted a great session. Studio is the largest I have visited which is a bonus. Especially for someone like me who prefers my space. Definitely will be on my list for future trips to North Jersey.
