I was nervous to step in the door at first, but F45 Training Watters Creek is an incredible community! Chris is super encouraging, pushes me to go harder, and always keeps me in good form. I get an amazing workout in every single time and leave feeling that 'good sore.' I am always excited to go back!
I love F45 so much! The workouts are so on point and impactful. Chris is my favorite trainer :)
